Stampeders trade for Lorenzo Mauldin IV

Stampeders acquire Lorenzo Mauldin IV from the Ottawa REDBLACKS in exchange for a fourth round pick in this years draft. In an attempt to fill the void of losing Folarin Orimolade, Mauldin has been an effective sack machine in the past. Tallying 17 sacks in 2022, this season he’s only racked up two so far.

His first appearance with the Stampeders is likely to come on Saturday night against the BC Lions.
